Jubilee Medical Centre provides a convenient and secure online GP consultation service in Dublin, Ireland.

Video and Phone Consultations are provided by Dr. Samuel Lee or Dr. Chii Chii Lee between 2:15 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Sunday accessible from your smartphone, laptop, or tablet.
How it works

Video: A confirmation email with video link and payment method will be sent to you privately.
Phone: A confirmation email with payment method will be sent. The GP will give you a call at the time of the appointment.

Video consultations cannot be a substitute for full medical care. It should only be used in certain types of consultations. If you are in an emergency situation please call 999 or 112 immediately.

What do I need for a video consultation?
To have a video consultation you need:

a smartphone, tablet or computer that allows video calling – remember to make sure your microphone and camera are switched on

an internet connection

a well-lit, quiet and private space so the GP can see you clearly
What happens during a video consultation?
A video call is very similar to a face-to-face appointment. You will get the same care. The GP will ask you questions about your health to work out the best treatment for you. You can also ask any questions you may have.
If you are prescribed any medicine, the doctor will give you advice on how to take it. They may talk to you about the best way of getting your prescription. They can refer you if needed or give you any advice just as they would during a face-to-face appointment.
If your video call does not work or you do not have signal, they will try a phone call instead. If this is not possible, you will be able to rebook your appointment.
When should I use online consultations?
Online consultations can be used for non-emergency medical issues where a physical check-up may not be necessary. These appointments can be helpful if you don't have time to get to the GP surgery, if your GP is unavailable, if you need a prescription, sick note or referral, or if you need advice or diagnosis around everyday illnesses.
How much does a video consultation/phone consultation cost?
Each consultation costs 75€
